It sought to deliver income returns and enhance capital value through strategic stock selection, active asset management and risk-controlled development. The real estate investment trust was founded in 2009, and was one of the UK's largest owner/managers of convenience-led shopping centres. It has more than 30 shopping centres, together with further nationwide retail and leisure assets.
