A J LEISURE HOLDINGS PLC
A J Leisure is a newly formed company which will acquire a number of
significant hotels, pubs and restaurants across England. The Board of
Directors combine a range of experiences which should ensure the successful
development of the company into a successful quoted leisure sector investment.
The first investment to be made by A J Leisure is the freehold purchase of the
Wroxton House Hotel, a 32 bedrooms hotel situated between Banbury and
Stratford-upon-Avon. The hotel has been rated three stars by the RAC and the
AA.
