India Capital Growth Fund has appointed Frostrow Capital as its marketing and distribution partner in the UK, the company announced on Tuesday.
The AIM-traded investment company's agreement with Frostrow aims to improve its engagement with current and potential investors, analysts, independent financial advisors, and central research teams.

India Capital invests mainly in small and mid-cap Indian companies to give investors exposure to the Indian market. Frostrow will work alongside broker Stockdale Securities and Maitland PR to distribute India Capital's message to a wide audience as it seeks to broaden and diversify its shareholder base.

Elisabeth Scott, chairman of India Capital, said: "Frostrow has an impressive track record of working with specialist investment trusts such as IGC in helping to unlock value for shareholders, and we are delighted to be working with them."

As of 1528 BST, India Capital's shares were down 13.04% at 2.00p.
