Kubera Cross-Border Fund announced on Monday that, further to its announcement in late December and under the terms of a share purchase agreement dated last March, the long stop date for the disposal of the entire equity stake held in Planetcast Media Services has been further extended to 30 May.
The AIM-traded firm said it was still awaiting the final requisite ministerial approvals which were required for the transaction to complete, and was working closely with management, its fellow shareholders and the buyer to achieve a successful outcome.

"Other than the extension of the long stop date, all other terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement remain unchanged," the board confirmed in its statement.
