AimShell Acquisitions buys Mi-Pay

AimShell Acquisitions has agreed to buy Mi-Pay, which provides outsourced payment services for mobile operators, for 9m pounds.
The payment will be satisfied by the issue of new ordinary shares in AimShell.
In the year ended December 31st 2013, Mi-Pay recorded revenues of approximately £3.3m and a loss after tax of approximately £1.8m. As the end of last year, Mi-Pay had net liabilities of about £1.7m.
