Weekly Outlook for Euro

List of major events to affect the trading of euro against the US dollar for the week ended August 26th are as follows:-

On Monday, August 22nd, 2011, United States reported its official data on mortgage delinquencies. Today on Tuesday, euro zone released its initial data on manufacturing and services sector activities. France and Germany also reported their separate figures on manufacturing and services activity in their country. Moreover, ZEW Center for Economic Research published report on German business confidence. In United States, official data on homes sales was released.

Tomorrow on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011, euro zone will report its official data on industrial new orders while the Ifo Institute for Economic Research will publish as detailed report on German business climate. In United States, official data on durable goods orders along with data on crude oil inventories will be reported.

On Thursday, August 25th, 2011, detailed report on German consumer climate will be published in euro zone while in Switzerland official data on employment rate will be published. In United States data on initial jobless claims will be released.

On Friday, August 26th, 2011, data on M3 supply will be reported in euro zone while in United States official data on country’s GDP will be reported. Moreover, University of Michigan will also report its revised data on consumer sentiments and inflation expectations.
