Weekly Outlook for Forex
List of major events that have significant affect on Forex market for the week ending September 30th, 2011 are as follows:-
Yesterday on Monday, Ifo Institute of Economic Research released its report on German business sentiment in euro zone. New Zealand reported its data on its trade balance while in United States, official data on new home sales was published.
Today on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011, industry data on retail sales was published in United Kingdom while in Switzerland; UBS bank reported its consumption indicator. Moreover Germany also released its data on consumer climate. United States reported its data on house prices and data on consumer confidence today.
On Wednesday, September 28th, 2011, Germany will report its data on consumer price inflation in euro zone while Bank of England will release its results of credit conditions survey.
In United States, official report on durable goods, orders along with data on crude oil inventories is to be reported.
On Thursday, September 29th, 2011, Japan will report its official data on retail sales moreover Bank of Japan’s Governor Masaki Shirakawa will publicly address at an event which will be closely watched to assess the future direction of monetary policy.
In euro zone, Germany will report its data on employment change while UK’s central bank will report its data on net lending to individuals.
Canada is will report its official data on raw material price inflation while in United States, weekly report on initial jobless claims along with industry data on pending home sales will be reported. Moreover, revised data on second quarter gross domestic product will also be reported in United States. Ben Bernanke is to publicly address on Thursday which will be closely watched.
On Friday, September 30th, 2011, Japan will publish several reports which will include household spending, inflation, unemployment rate, housing starts and manufacturing and industrial production. New Zealand will release its official report on building consents and business confidence while Australia will publish its official data on private sector credit.
In United Kingdom, official data on consumer confidence will be reported while in euro zone report on unemployment along with data on consumer price inflation will be published. Germany is expected to report its official data on retail sales on Friday while France will report its indicator of consumer spending.
Canada will report its official data on second quarter GDP while in United States several reports will be published which will include official data on personal spending, inflation and manufacturing activity in Chicago area. Reports on consumer sentiment and inflation expectations will also be reported by University of Michigan on Friday.
