IBM files patent complaint vs Taiwan’s Asustek

NEW YORK (Reuters) – International Business Machines Corp is asking the U.S. government to ban imports of some computers made by Taiwan’s Asustek Computer Inc , alleging that the products infringe three IBM patents.
