IBM files patent complaint vs Taiwan’s Asustek
NEW YORK (Reuters) – International Business Machines Corp is asking the U.S. government to ban imports of some computers made by Taiwan’s Asustek Computer Inc , alleging that the products infringe three IBM patents.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President George W. Bush announced a plan on Thursday aimed at slowing a wave of home loan foreclosures that has threatened to knock the U.S. economy into recession and rattled investors worldwide.
