NEW YORK (Reuters) – Vonage Holdings Corp said on Thursday its quarterly loss widened due to litigation costs, and cancellations rose due to problems with customer care and negative publicity from patent lawsuits.

Morgan Stanley sees $3.7 billion subprime hit
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Morgan Stanley on Wednesday said it has suffered a $3.7 billion loss stemming from its U.S. subprime mortgage exposure, which it expects will reduce fourth-quarter earnings by about $2.5 billion.
