Cerberus fights back against United Rentals
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Buyout firm Cerberus Capital Management said on Wednesday it was taking legal action to ensure United Rentals Inc honors the terms of a deal the pair struck in July, which Cerberus says caps its liability at $100 million.

Jaguar, Land Rover unions back Tata bid: papers
MUMBAI (Reuters) – UK union leaders for workers at Ford Motor Co’s Land Rover and Jaguar brands have voted to support a Tata Motors bid for the brands if Ford sells them, the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal reported.
