JP Morgan-led group pays $2.7 billion for Southern Water

SYDNEY (Reuters) – A group of infrastructure funds led by JPMorgan Chase & Co agreed to buy UK water company Southern Water from Royal Bank of Scotland for about 1.3 billion pounds ($2.7 billion).
