Shell to begin $7 billion Port Arthur refinery expansion
LONDON/NEW YORK (Reuters) – Royal Dutch Shell will go ahead with a 325,000 barrel-per-day capacity expansion of its Motiva refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, that will make the plant one of the biggest in the world.

Pfizer looks to spin off cream of Japan lab
TOKYO (Reuters) – Pfizer Inc , the world’s largest drug maker, said on Friday it is in talks with investors about spinning off its Japanese research and development laboratory, albeit as a much smaller organization.
