Housebuilder Bellway unveils its full-year results and is expected to reveal growth on the back of the government's Help to Buy scheme.
Panmure Gordon analysts forecast a profit before tax of £139m, a 32% increase on last year, and Jefferies International estimates full-year earnings per share of 90.7p, rising to 113.3p in fiscal year 2014.
Telford Homes also issues its first half trading update on Tuesday, which Jefferies said will "provide a chance for us to test our theory that Help to Buy is of most help outside of London rather than within".
The government last week launched the second phase of the scheme, which provides aid to aspiring home buyers by allowing them to put down a deposit of just 5%.
While the government has applauded the programme for assisting home buyers and providing a boost to the property market, critics have slammed the scheme for overheating prices.
Lloyds Banking Group's Chief Executive António Horta-Osório warned that Help to Buy risks creating a housing bubble where demand outpaces supply.
He said the programme would only work if steps are taken to free up planning restrictions and increase the supply of new housing.
"It is important that planning permits, building authorisations and social housing projects are [liberalised] so that the increase in [mortgage] transactions does not lead to a substantial increase in house prices," Horta-Osório told the Financial Times.
Luxury fashion brand Burberry will also issue a trading update for the first half. Sales are expected rise 11.2% to £981.8m, according to Berenberg Bank.
Royal Mail will on Tuesday begin fully trading - when shares
are listed officially and all retail investors will be able to sell. City institutions began conditional dealings last Friday when shares jumped 38% to 456p.
The government had placed the shares at 330p each, at the top of its expected range, giving the UK postal service a market value of £3.3bn.
MPC member Martin Weale will carry out his re-appointment hearing in front of the Treasury Select Committee at 10:00.
CPI and producer price data will be forthcoming at 09:30 courtesy of ONS.
