Online gaming software provider Cryptologic, which is also listed on Nasdaq, has appointed Deloitte to help with a strategic review of the company.

The options include the company being taken over or the disposal of part of the business.

Apparently on Wednesday there was the first deal in the shares on the London market this year. There were 2,100 shares purchased at 90p each - the bid/offer spread was 60p/90p. That was the day after the 2010 figures were published.

Antisoma says that it is no longer in bid talks. The company is not making any more significant investment in its drug development activities. It is looking at options for the IP. Management are most likely to seek a reverse takeover of the company by a business that could make use of the cash in Antisoma.
