Office of Fair Trading clears DCC and BP deal

The UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has given the green light to DCC in the acquisition of BP's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business in Britain.
DCC - a sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group - said on Friday it was now able to integrate the BP business with its existing LPG distribution business in Britain, Flogas.
The acquisition was completed on September 30th but at the time was still in dealings with the OFT over whether the BP business would be held separate from Flogas.
Shares were trading 1.66% higher to €24.85 at 15:34.
