Monitise appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director

Monitise has appointed Brad Petzer as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, the mobile telecommunications company reported Friday.
Petzer joins the group after working as Group Financial Controller for FTSE 250 company Telecity Group, the data centre operator.
He was with the firm for eight years, supporting the business through its main market listing on the London Stock Exchange(LSE)and assisting its growth.
He has also held senior finance roles at Create Services, an online credit card provider which is part of Lloyds Banking Group.
Petzer will start his new role at Monitise in April, replacing John Brougham who retired last October.
Alastair Lukies, Monitise Group Chief Executive, said: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome Brad to Monitise.
"He brings with him a wealth of experience in the technology and financial services related industries, a track record in helping bring Telecity Group to a main market LSE listing, and will be a valuable addition to our leadership team as we continue to grow the business."
The technology and services company specialises in the delivery of mobile banking, payments, and commerce networks worldwide.
Shares were up 1.45% to 35.00p at 13:07 Friday.
