KBC announces departure of CEO

Software firm KBC Advanced Technologies has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, George Bright, has resigned with immediate effect, but will remain with the business until the end of the month to assist with a smooth handover.
Current Chairman Ian Godden will take over the leadership of the business on an interim basis, with his initial focus being to accelerate the implementation of the restructuring of the consulting business which was recently announced. Ian will be supported by the senior management team.
The share price fell 9.36% to 15:17.
