A split capital trust whose investment objectives are to meet the final capital entitlement of the Income Shareholders (JIGI) and to provide them with a regular quarterly income as well as to provide capital growth for Capital Shareholders (JIGC). A Unit (JIGU) comprises of one Income plus one Capital share. The Company invests in a diversified portfolio, typically comprising 50 to 70 UK equities and a range of other assets. The investments are primarily UK equities, however, the Company has the flexibility to vary the allocation between UK equities and other assets in order to seek the best absolute returns.
