Gold Oil ups stake in Colombian oil field

AIM-listed oil and gas production company Gold Oil has unveiled an operational update on the Nancy Burdine Field in Colombia.
The company, which was incorporated in 2004 and is focused on producing oil in Peru, Colombia and Cuba, reported that the average production in January 2013 in the Nancy Burdine field was 500 barrels of oil per day (bopd).
The company further reported that Gold Oil had increased its interest in the field to 81.9%.
