Gilbert Chalk named Chairman of Aurora Russia

Gilbert Chalk has succeeded Geoff Miller as Chairman of Aurora Russia, the AIM-listed Russian private equity fund, with immediate effect.
In a statement issued on Monday, the company reported: "Following the sale of OSG Records Management, Aurora Russia's Chairman, Geoff Miller, and two of the four Non-Executive Directors, Grant Cameron and John Whittle, have notified the company of their intention to step down from the board, as soon as replacements have been found. Gilbert Chalk will become Chairman with immediate effect."
Aurora Russia invests in private financial, business and consumer services companies in Russia. It was listed on AIM in March 2006.
Aurora Russia's share price was down 0.65% to 38.25p at 13:04 on Monday.
