Five board members of Enteq Upstream topped up their stakes in the small-cap oil & gas services group on Monday.

Chief Executive Officer Martin Perry and Chief Operations Officer Raymond Garcia both purchased 22,602 shares (equal to 0.04% of the ordinary share capital) at a price of 50p a pop, spending £11,301 each. Their resulting interests in the firm were 1.11% and 0.75%.

Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Robin Pinchbeck made the biggest purchase, snapping up 45,204 shares (0.08% of share capital) at the same price for £22,602, taking his stake to 0.33%.

Non-Executive Chairman Neil Warner and Non-Executive Director Iain Paterson also raised their interests in the group on the same day, spending £8,476 and £5,650.50, respectively.

The company makes products and technologies to be sold or leased to the upstream oil & gas service sector. It had a market capitalisation of around £38m by the close on Monday.
