Continental Coal shares rise ahead of news on 'strategic transaction'

Continental Coal said Friday that it has halted trading on the Australian Securities Exchange ahead of the release of an announcement relating to the 'conclusion of a strategic corporate transaction'.
Shares on AIM rose 19.23% to 3.88p by 12:35 Friday.
