Cloudcall Group enhances services with release of new features
Cloud based communication software firm Cloudcall Group on Thursday announced the launch of its new Instant Messaging and SMS products.
The AIM-traded company said that its now unified communications service provides customers with both internal and external messaging capabilities that operate in tandem with the company's existing telephony service, within a single user interface.
The technology aims to improve user experiences by streamlining communication and allowing for more conversations and improved monitoring and reporting of user activity.
Simon Cleaver, Chief Executive Officer of CloudCall, commented: "We have been witnessing steadily growing demand from end-users wanting to drive message-based communications with their customers, directly from the CRM (customer relationship management). This demand is particularly strong from recruitment companies. We listened hard and collaborated with these customers during the development process and are very excited by the initial feedback we've received."
The messaging services will be offered both as free and premium versions, from which the company expects to generate significant upsell opportunities and increased recurring revenues.
The release constitutes the first set of additional features to be launched using the company's unified architecture.
"These new products are hugely relevant to the marketplace we operate in and I believe will greatly enhance CloudCall's appeal," said Cleaver.
As of 1012 BST, Cloudcall Group's shares were down 1.29% at 191.00p.
