Blinkx, the video search engine firm, has formed a partnership with LifeMinute.TV, a portal to free, broadcast-quality video and audio content.
The aim of the partnership is to give Blinkx users access to a wide array lifestyle video content. Blinkx will place advertising against the videos and share resulting revenue with LifeMinute.TV.
Bill Mitreuter, Director of Business Development at LifeMinute.TV, said: "We are excited to partner with blinkx as its unique technology and advanced search capabilities enable fans everywhere to easily discover and watch relevant video content online."
Blinkx has made more than 720 partners and indexed over 35 million hours of video and audio content to date.
Its share price rose 1.63% to 77.75p by 08:01.
