Aegis, the FTSE 250 media marketing firm, said it was bolstering its Singapore operation with the purchase of digital agency The Upper Storey (TUS).
The agency will become part of Aegis' Isobar communications network and will be rebranded as TUS Isobar, the company said.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed but TUS's gross assets as of 31 October 2011 were £0.5m.
TUS has three divisions: The Upper Storey, which focuses on strategy and digital marketing, Mofuro, its motion graphics, 3D and experience design production arm, and Studio TUS, the group's production and technology division.
The firm's clients include Microsoft, American Express, Intel, Daimler, Dell, Draeger, UOB, Mediacorp, NOL and Como Hotels and Resorts.
